Back in the bad old days you could rank any site for absolutely anything by just buying lots of spammy links. It was a simple sometimes automated task that sky rocketed any site. In fact the usual sites were trash, full of rubbish but importantly for the site owner it had something special inside.

Something they were selling, something that would make them money no matter what. They came they saw and some bought the product.

Keyword Stuffing 


Not only did the sites contain dross the pages were so stuffed of the keyword that it dis not make any sense. Hooray for Google for clearing out the crap.

Well a small cheer as now its even more difficult to get your site noticed as some sites still live of the legacy of the back linking techniques of old. Yes they have started to produce better quality content but the back links got them there.

One great writer and good man David Ellis is about to release a book called the Heart Mind Connection. Full of insightful advice, revelations about us, ourselves. Will it go anywhere without the back links. It deserves to do well.

This is a guest post from Dougie who wrote the song, "It's Christmas Day". I've often heard it said that Christmas just wouldn't be Christmas without Christmas songs. Well, that's certainly the case for me. I'm Dougie Campbell and when I was at school I wrote a Christmas song. There was a competition in a local newspaper so I thought I'd have a go. I'd never written a song before, let aIone a Christmas one but I posted my entry off and waited.
