Why On Blogger 


I started my SEO helper blog on blogger as my very first journey to the world of online content started on Blogger. I researched for something to use for internal communications when I was a regional service manger for a casino supply company.

I had engineers all around the UK and Europe who worked remotely and where constantly ringing up for advice as I used to be an engineer when I started. I was a bloody good one as well, if not the best so thats why they still rang me for advice.

Manager Responsibilities 


I was the manager and I had other things to do, so I created a site with all the manuals I had written previously and uploaded them to my blogger site. So successful was the site that the other offices from around the world wanted their engineers adding.

Moving On 


I have long left that industry and made some money from my Casino affiliate site that still runs today. It makes very little now but I invested some of the money I made in some SEO training. I opted for Yoast as I use their Yoast Plugin and find them to be trust worthy.

I know use that knowledge when I get the time to boost my Cheap Dinner Ideas site. Thats when I get the time as now most of my days are spent doing work on clients site's. Of course I will share all my clients sites and post on here as it gives them a little SEO boost, not much but it all helps

I still have a few to go,  The basic SEO which I skipped but will go back to for the accreditation.  Structured data and Technical SEO which I am about 70% of the way through.

The Original Its Christmas Day By Dougie Campbell

This is a guest post from Dougie who wrote the song, "It's Christmas Day". I've often heard it said that Christmas just wouldn't be Christmas without Christmas songs. Well, that's certainly the case for me. I'm Dougie Campbell and when I was at school I wrote a Christmas song. There was a competition in a local newspaper so I thought I'd have a go.
